Cons: It's like hiring the companies intern. Theres no guaranteeing coffee-getting and phone answering is gunna translate into a full time job.

Pros: Be honest, a part of you wants to see him back in f1. The driver all fans love to hate has money, experince, and flair. Whats not to love?
Cons: Oh wait, hes a serial crasher whose funding comes from a nation on the brink of civil war...
Did we mention he crashes a lot?
Pierre Gasly
Pros: Name one Red Bull academy product that didn't turn out amazing. Kyvat? Well, other than Kyvat. Vergne? Buemi? Okay maybe its not a guarantee, but it's at least a good sign.
Cons: Renault are hell-bent on establishing their own brand in the sport. Slumming a driver off red bull wont help that image.

Pros: He's Renault's 3rd driver. Isn't it time that actually meant something?
Cons: Why is he always in these lists? It seems every time there's an opening in F1, there's also a reason to consider him.
