4. Lewis Hamilton
Primarily for his good work at blocking the rest of the field while Rosberg got away, Hamilton gets P4. He also did well to fight with Webber even though his car was clearly inferior. He was consitant and effective throughout the race, not much more he could have done today.
3. Max Chilton
Even though I don't think he's that good, he really did save Marussia. VdG was about to finish P14, which would have given them the all-important P10 in the championship, but Chilton managed to pass him and save Marussia over 20 million euros. Bianchi, had he not had so many issues would have probably finished ahead of him had he not had all the bad luck that he did, but CHilton still showed his class. Kudos to him.
2. Adrian Sutil
He was fantastic in the latter parts of the race. He overtook to go from 8th to his final position of 5th,passing Button, Alonso and Perez, drivers with clearly superior cars. Overtaking in Monaco is a challenge, and Sutil proved that he was up to that challenge today.
1. Nico Rosberg
Is it really a surprise? I've been saying for some time that this guy is phenomenal. I tipped him as the best candidate for the Ferrari seat if Massa were to leave, I put him on my list of potential Red Bull candidates. I truly believe he's got the potential to be a World Champion. Today he was able to keep focus after a red flag, fight off three safety car starts, and do a tactical move to stay ahead after the first safety car began to circulate the track. He also now has his own signature celebration, the finger lasso.
