Top Four Drivers of the Bahraini Grand Prix

Nico Rosberg: Yes, while it is true that his final position was not that great, his race-craft was impeccable. He did a fantastic job of battling with almost every car in the top ten throughout the race. Also the manner of his defensive moves were pretty spectacular. Last year he tried the same thing and it did not go so well. In a race where drivers were hitting each other all over and using crazy cross-track moves he really stood out by racing courteously.

Lewis Hamilton: Also having a good race is Rosberg's teammate Hamilton who came from 9th to 5th. He had numerous achievements in the Grand Prix, including taking his inferior car and overtaking a Red Bull, and beating both Mclaren's after directly fighting for position with them. The Mercedes car just seems inferior this year, however that could change in Barcelona because of the three weeks they have to improve the car.

Romain Grosjean: Finally, he proves himself this year. Lotus gave him an ultimatum of don't crash or you don't have a seat. That killed his pace, and since Belgium last year, he hasn't been as fast because he's being too cautious. Maybe it's just the track, but it seems like he's found his happy medium, where he doesn't crash, but is still fast. Good job by both him and Lotus.

Sebastian Vettel: It's 2011 all over again. Starting from second, he got to first within 7 laps and just didn't look back from there. He commanded the race, finishing over ten seconds ahead of Raikkonen in second. It was the second race win in a row in Bahrain, joining Michael Schumacher and Felipe Massa as the only three people do so.
